Online real-estate catalogue for Gérance-Service (CH)

The Brief.

Gérance Service is one of the main real estate agencies in the famous region of Villars-sur-Ollon. As the agency is celebrating its 50th birthday, they mandated us for a complete redesign of their visual identity and website, designed to be an interactive online catalogue of its properties.

The result.

TCF proceeded to a complete redesign of the identity of Gerance Service : color palette, use of the new logo, fonts, images. The design is sleek and elegant, for a high-end feel.

The user experience is extremely smooth, designed to highlight the properties listed by the agency. We created and implemented an interactive catalogue of properties, to be consulted as a list or a dynamic map, modeled on the Airbnb experience.

We also created an API to automatically retrieve the description and pictures of the listed properties from the administrative software of the company.

The site is fully responsive, therefore perfectly suited for mobiles devices, tablets, and computers.

The Gérance Service team is able to update any information on the site, autonomously : texts, news sections, images, etc.

The website is available in French and in English.

The details that make the difference.

Process automation to reduce workload

The goods are uploaded to the site automatically from Immomig, the management software used by the Management Service Team.

The user has the option of downloading a PDF file that includes all of the property’s characteristics. This is also generated automatically based on data from Immomig. Thus, the site is self-managing, significantly relieving the team’s workload.

A Design that incorporates the codes of its environment

When the site loads, a dynamic video allows interactive immersion into the “mountain” atmosphere, presenting various chalets and activities in the region: skiing, golf, ice skating, all in an idyllic setting.

Accessibility to information

The location of the properties is presented on an interactive map on which the resort’s ski lifts appear. Ideal for allowing the user to project themselves into their future environment, at the heart of the slopes.
Scrolling through photos, Airbnb style, for a maximum of information in a minimum of clicks.
